Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. All applicable taxes and duties are included in the product prices listed on the website.

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will contact you for confirmation on +91 9319352134. A partial advance payment of 20% of the order value may be required to confirm the order. This amount will be adjusted against the final COD amount payable at the time of delivery.

An additional COD handling charge of INR 550 will apply to all Cash on Delivery orders.

Orders are typically processed within our standard timelines. Dispatch and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the registered contact details.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.

Tropical Forest is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect customer details.

If a COD order is refused, unaccepted, or returned after dispatch, Tropical Forest reserves the right to restrict future COD purchases for that customer.
